Julie's Cake Classes are focused to teaching  you  how to create beautiful cakes!  My Wilton Method  classes are held at Joann's Superstore located in the Northway Mall in Albany New York, Michael's in Latham Farms, through Schalmont Continuing Education and Malta Community Center.  * Please note that Schalmont Conitnuing Education Class are not Wilton Classes, they are beginning to advanced levels of class developed by me.  I look forward to being your instructor.  

 There are Three Wilton courses. They cover beginning and intermediate skills . In addition, project classes are offered.
